Bei Lieferung innerhalb Österreichs variieren die Versandkosten nach Größe, Beschaffenheit, Sperrigkeit sowie Zahlungsweise der bestellten Artikel. Die genauen Versandkosten werden Ihnen direkt im Bestellvorgang mitgeteilt. Die Zahlung per Vorkasse, Sofortüberweisung und Kreditkarte ist die Option mit den günstigsten Versandkosten. Bei Zahlung per Nachnahme wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr in Höhe von € 4,50 fällig.
Wir versenden vorrangig mit der Post. Nachteile der Paketdienste: Der Paketdienst bringt das Paket nicht zum Postamt! Man erhält eine Bescheinigung, dass das Paket am nächsten Tag nochmals zugestellt wird. Trifft der Paketdienst-Fahrer abermals niemanden an, hinterlässt er eine Bescheinigung, dass das Paket im nächsten DPD oder Hermes Lager abgeholt werden muss (das Paket bleibt eine Woche im DPD oder Hermes Lager zur Abholung bereit). Eine Lieferung an eine Packstation ist ohne weitere Formalitäten möglich. Was soll das heißen? Bitte geben Sie bei Bestellung im Feld "Straße" einfach "Packstation" sowie Ihre Packstations-Nummer ein.
Sollten Sie Ihr Paket nicht innerhalb von drei - vier Tagen zugestellt bekommen haben, so setzen Sie sich bitte mit unserem Kundenservice (KONTAKT) in Verbindung - wir werden für Sie dann eine Nachforschung veranlassen.
